Transnational Corporation Posts Profit Before Tax of N85.7b in H1

Transnational Corporation Plc (Transcorp), Nigeria’s leading conglomerate, has posted Profit Before Tax of N85.7 billion for the period ended June 30, 2025, up from N70.9 billion in the first half of 2024. This represents an increase of 21%. Transcorp also grew its revenue by 59% from N175.4 billion in 2024 to N279.7 billion in the first half of 2025.

In line with its commitment to delivering value to shareholders, the company has declared an interim dividend of ₦4.064 billion, representing 40 kobo per ordinary share subject to applicable withholding tax.
