The Persona

The Sun is forever shining right from the centre of the Milky Way Galaxy, to which it belongs, sending out white heat-wave of electromagnetic spectrum comprising life-giving light ray, X-ray, Gamma ray, etc.

The Sun has no enemy because without it, there will be no life as we know it on this Blue planet of ours.

The Sun never dims but do get clouded from outside and not from the inside.

Awele Mary-Rose Ilusanmi represents the Sun at a very micro human level that we know of her.

Vivacious, ebullient, brilliant, and witty, always with radiant face with the Sun shining through, she pushes back at darkness that seeks to becloud her horizon.

Combined with the above is her willingness to be of ultimate help to others which is the golden crescent on her horizon. Her mere presence in any defined micro ecosystem enlivens and charges the atmosphere.

She welcomes people with widespread arms, and she is equally received with widespread arms in a very symbiotic and reciprocal manner.

She combines brawn, brain, and beauty – a rare combination for that matter. She is irrepressible in spirit.

She represents joy amidst gloom and encourages others to come out of their glooms.

She is an upward mobile woman with a willingness to learn more. Instead of staying in docility as a housewife to her husband and mother to her children, she has opted to go back to the classroom as a doctoral candidate to learn more if only on a theoretical plane and acquire more gamma ray of knowledge.

She is not a Cassandra, an Andromache, Penelope, or Isolde. She is Awele, a proud Igbo-Urhobo woman from Nigeria.  She is a sojourner and urbane schmoozer residing in a clime where talents are allowed to flower without regimentation.

A proud African woman who still sticks to her native root without being an uppity Highlander!

She has mastered her immediate environment and utilised the resources available to her to help herself and others.

The Magnetic Pull

Awele has an electromagnetic aura that pulls people to her by the sheer force of the characteristics of her persona.

Has anyone noticed how she is well received by her womenfolk that are of white skin, including the white men? That’s because Awele carries something deep within her that shines through and which pulls others to her irresistibly.

She is Golden!

There was a statement she made recently: “I have to win inside first before victories come [from] outside for me to enjoy!” That is a very profound axiom that is of universal application.

The profundity of that statement lies in the fundamental law of reciprocity. It is a mutual process. It’s what you call or shout to the deep that echoes back at you.

Always available to share your joy and successes no matter how little they are and always ready to help with or without solicitation.

That’s a remarkable character given the fact that she has a choice or free will to do what she wants to do with her resources and how to do it.

It’s remarkable against the background of Trump-nomics, where she resides and Tinubunomics here in Nigeria.

That deserves salute.

Contribution to Knowledge Industry and the Publishing World

Awele, without ever seeing her comprehensive resume, comes straight out as a major contributor to the knowledge industry by the number of books she has authored and more so for a woman of her typology. She had carved out a niche for herself with panache as a result of her efforts on this stellar plane – deep into the Orion constellation in Andromeda nebulae.

She is an intellectual afficionado in this respect, and the movement is of upward trajectory aiming at a Promethean height.

Awele is forensic evidence that the beautiful black women have been born. She is admissible evidence in the rarefied force-field of enlightened environment and that the beautiful and handsome black women and men have been born and are increasing in their demographic weight in our society.

One can situate her birthday perfectly within the fascinating Fibonacci numbers in which each number is the sum of two preceding numbers, usually starting with 0 and 1. The Fibonacci sequence runs like this: 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, etc.

Awele’s birthday or lucky numbers resonate within the Fibonacci world. Let’s leave it at that for now.

She has also contributed immensely to the publishing world as reflected on the Nigeria Book Forum platform, including what she had assisted others to achieve.

She has actually put herself in the avante-garde frontline of instituting a new publishing business model in which the fundamental goal is aimed at a win-win situation for publishers, booksellers and authors. That is what informed the establishment of the Literary Authors’ Multipurpose Society of Nigeria mainly for authors as the first beneficiaries of their works.

Awele has been helping budding authors to achieve their dreams through constant moral encouragement and even financial assistance.
