This voluminous book which introduces a very unique and remarkable addition to scholarship, especially, in the area of land law and conveyancing jurisprudence was presented to the public on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at the Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja.

The book, which was well conceived and carefully chosen, covers the wide-range areas of land law and its jurisprudential grounding.

It is an attempt to be a one stop-shop and all-embracing reference material in the area of its core focus as well as in ancillary areas of law.

The book as conceived and produced especially the wide scope it covered serves as an indispensable companion to honourable judges, conveyancers, litigation lawyers, academics, students, estate surveyors and valuers, estate agents, land surveyors, and indeed, all others, whose vocation or interest revolves around land and knowledge of land law and conveyancing.

The book contains detailed analyses of several cases on land instruments preparation and registration, as well as allied issues.

Cases were copiously drawn from Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, South Africa, United Kingdom, United States, Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon), Australia, New Zealand, West African Court of Appeal, as well as Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, among others.
